Cob 20

I have followed my son Charlie into some kind of situation where he is in danger of being arrested or getting into trouble. He is in some kind of tunnel, like a railway tunnel, except there are no rails. He is being challenged by a female train driver, who points out that he has left a big footprint in a patch of sand or mud. This could be used to track him down, so I destroy it and take him away. I leave his bike – which is like a red version of my old Cob 20 – at the top of some steps and we go down and then through some buildings – rear entrances, sneaky ways through – and emerge some way further down the street. I realise I need to go back for the bike, but Charlie should be safe now. (12.08.09)
